We were using another septic company and we kept having issues. That company only wanted to pump it out every time and not come back out for a service call until it was pumped again. I called Southwest and they came out same day plus looked into the long term problem. Raul was so helpful and professional and showed us how to maintain our system until the repair tech could make it out. Someone also has answered the office phone every time I have called (no other competitor I called had this) and she ensured our problems were handled quickly. Highly recommend calling them as your first option.
