I signed a maintenance contract with them for our septics system. They came out the first time and did their inspection and fixed a few small things and were supposed to come out every 6 months to do another inspection per the Health Department guidelines, 2 years later I received a call from the Health Department saying that my system hasn’t been check in two years and now there are issues with it that could have been prevented by the regular inspections that they were supposed to do. After they were reamed out by the health department they came out for an inspection 2 YEARS LATER!

On the day of cleaning the septic tank at my house, James was fantastic. Then I asked him about installing a new septic tank, and he told me about the risers. I contacted the office, and we scheduled an appointment for the installation for Friday, June 27th after discussing the price with Robin. I agreed, and no one showed up all day. That afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Robin. She told me it would be that evening, and I told her no, Saturday morning. Around noon, I got back to them, and the person who called me told me they didn't know about the appointment and installation. Are you really a serious company? I think there's a lack of communication, or maybe she messed up the price and didn't know how to resolve the situation. I just want to thank James for his work and hope the company improves their training for the office. Thank you.
