Southern Pool Designs exceeded my expectations. They built the pool of my dreams. The professionalism and commitment of these hard working team was amazing. Never did I call or text without getting an immediate response. Austen, Amelia and Ryan were always there to help and I can’t forget Kim the office manager so efficient and helpful. I would recommend Southern Pool Designs as professionals and builders of high quality pools they are absolutely the best!.

My experience with SPD was been top notch. I have nothing negative to say. All positive experiences at every touch from sales & design, selection of materials, construction and warranty. The sales team was able to take our vision and turn it into reality, material selection and quality was/is impressive. The construction process was 8 months during the early covid days which was very quick considering what many were experiencing with other builders. The construction teams attention to detail was impressive. From a warranty standpoint we had two small of items that were out of their control but they took care of everything. Several of my neighbors(4) were so impressed that they too built with SPD and had the same experience.

I did the research- I am that guy. I had a specific pool design in mind. The company that checked all the boxes was Southern Pool Designs. They just finished my pool and we are very happy. We had a great experience from design to finish. I love the attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for your pool project.

We found Southern Pool Designs completely by accident, but it turned out to be fate in disguise. From my first call with Mark, to working with their talented in-house engineer Imelda (extra love for working with a woman engineer!), and having Art as our incredible project manager, we quickly knew we had found the right team to build our pool.

From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I had heard plenty of rough stories from friends and neighbors about their pool-building journeys, so my husband and I braced ourselves for stress and delays. Instead, we had the absolute best experience we could have asked for. Southern Pool Designs partners with skilled, professional contractors, and it showed at every stage. From excavation to gunite, pavers, and plaster, the quality was superb across the board.

Mark was patient and personable throughout the process. He not only answered all of our many questions, but often provided insight into things we didn’t even know to ask. His guidance and transparency gave us confidence from the very beginning and truly helped solidify our decision to move forward with Southern Pool Designs.

Art deserves special mention. He was knowledgeable, communicative, patient, and incredibly thorough. He explained each step, kept us updated, and answered all our (many more!) questions along the way. His attentiveness gave us so much peace of mind throughout the build.

Imelda’s design came out even better than we imagined. She brought our vision to life with a simple, clean, and spacious design that created the perfect tropical oasis for our family. Our teen boys love hanging out here with friends, and we love spending evenings cooling off and enjoying the view with a relaxing beverage.

After 17 years as homeowners without a pool, we finally have our dream pool, and we couldn’t be happier that Southern Pool Designs made it a reality.

I cannot recommend Southern Pool Design enough. We had an amazing experience with Mark (sales, Imelda (engineering), Jaymi and Amelia (project managers. You could not ask for a more detailed, competent, and overall responsive team. My job has me working with contractors frequently, and when I tell you this team is amazing, they are amazing. From start to finish this was a 10/10 experience.
