Jim and team are all great people who genuinely want to build you a high-quality pool of your dreams. From the get-go, Jim was the one who answered our initial phone call. He was also the one who came out to talk through our vision, designed the layout, coordinated sub-contractors, helped us select finishes and communicated with us along the way. We really appreciated that the same person who designed the pool was the one who made the build happen.

The Gulfstream Pools customer service is 5 star. We had a few construction-related questions along the way, and Jim always answered the phone and came right out to talk through things with us. One time, he even came by our house on his way out of town on vacation. It is hard to find that level of care!

Jim, Jeremy, Russ and all the members of the team are kind, patient, knowledgeable and care about what they do. They’ve repeatedly said that when you build with them, you are a friend for life – and we truly believe it!

From start to finish, our experience with Gulfstream Pools and Jeromy and Jim was nothing short of outstanding. We began our design process in September 2024, received the permit from Orange County by the end of October, broke ground on November 18, and by Valentine’s Day 2025, our dream pool was complete!

Could not be happier with our pool experience with Gulf Stream. Jim and Jeromy are with you the entire way and always answer any questions very quickly. Jim came to us with a suggested design and it was exactly what we wanted. He took the time and envisioned how he might want a pool in our backyard and it was amazing. I have attached the original rendering with the final photos and they are almost exact! We were only one week late from when Jim said we would be in our pool on the day we signed and that was only due to weather. Given the state of all the materials these days, we expected there would be delays, but only one week and because of weather! If you are looking for a company to do a custom pool, definitely consider Gulf Stream. They may put you on a waiting list (we waited for our initial estimate) but these guys are worth the wait.

Broke ground in late October a month ahead of schedule! Finished early February. 3 months and a great build. Jeromy and Jim were both great to work with capturing everything we wanted and asked for within the budget we gave them. They both are always quick to respond to texts or calls and were great to deal with. Would highly recommend them for a custom pool and patio! While their office is Osteen, FL, our home is in Mims FL and they were here on site when they said they would be! We researched, talked with, and received quotes from other companies in Central Florida where we felt like we were just going to be another job for them. We chose Gulfstream after speaking with friends who also used them and meeting with Jim who was very patient, knowledgable, and designed what we wanted in the budget we wanted to be in.
