Well I am obviously not the only person that thinks this place is terrible as they have 3 star reviews so I’m just adding to their already bad reviews. Guess it’s a consensus. They have the rudest service people in there ever. I’m in shock how the cashier people are SOOP RUDE it’s unbelievable. The men workers on the floor are nice but the cashiers act miserable to be there and miserable you’re there. It’s like they don’t want your business and they treat you very poorly. I called before coming to make sure they were open and they said as long as you’re in the store by 8pm, they will be open then I got there at 7:50 after driving 20 min and in this economy you would think they would want the business but instead they were kicking me out at 8:02 and telling me the register is going off and the lights will turn out and I have to leave in the middle of my purchase and they were scooting me out and they were so rude and then I asked to the manager was, and she said “Veronica”, but then I looked at her name tag and she was Veronica and she was BEYOND RUDE - I can’t believe they pay these girls to work there when I will now drive off the beach to get what I need or buy from Amazon to not get treated like crap - and then the other lady who was Andrea was also the rudest person I’ve ever seen in a store. They had zero customer service skills and it’s sad. This is the only hardware store on the beach. They need another one on South Beach because they would take all their business away as they have the worst service ever.someone open a hardware store on Miami Beach PLEASE - wonder if they’d get nice then!! It’s worth the drive to go get better service elsewhere. I JUST FOUND ANOTHER HARDWARE ON 41st - JUST A MILE UP THE ROAD - CALLED MIAMI HOME CENTER - GO THERE INSTEAD

Ridiculously overpriced and extremely frustrating. This store clearly takes advantage of the fact that there’s no Home Depot nearby, so they charge absurd prices for everything.

For example, the same tile spacers that cost $17 at Home Depot are $28 here — literally $10 more for the exact same product and quantity. And this happens with tons of items throughout the store.

They take advantage of customers simply because there are no other convenient options around. It’s disappointing, unfair, and feels like they’re exploiting the community rather than serving it.

This store has everything AND the team is amazing. They’ll always help you find what you need, provide advice, and make every trip to the hardware store efficient! Thank you!

New location as of 8/2023! (Moved right across the street to a much larger space).
Came in for a couple of things for the house. It was not easy to maneuver inside the store but the stuff was super nice, super friendly, and super knowledgeable. It really made the shopping experience so much more fun and memorable.
They've got everything you can think about when it comes to home improvement needs. Give this place a try and you'll know what I'm talking about 🇺🇸🤩🎉🥂💯

Terrible customer service. Inconsistent, time wasting. Had a problem one supervisor said on the phone they would take care of it but close to closing time so wasn't there the next day. The next day went in Got No Satisfaction. Was always kind of a pain every time I went there but this time was the worst. I will go to Central Hardware not much farther away from now on
