Work with Tim and his team has been GREAT!!! We've been wanting a pool heater for a long time now and finally have one and absolutely LOVE IT!!! We've got a decent sized pool and now my 3 kids can enjoy it year round! Tim is very thorough, he knows his stuff and his service and the service of his team has been absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a heater for their pool/spa. Can't recommend enough, very happy customer here!!!!

Do not go with other companies, they can be a scam and have no reputation. This company is as legit as it gets. Andy from sales knew his stuff and even offered extra advice for pool repair on the side.
Fair pricing and reputation is there for future customer support if needed too.

Solar Solutions must be another dba of Celestial solar. These companies will only back their product for a fee. The guarantee is an illusion. You will be challenged as to whether they are really leaking or whether you are just calling them for the heck of it. You will also be told a dozen time during your request for help that you will be charged a $250 call out fee—in case you didn’t hear it the first time. If you do pay them to come out and something still isn’t working you had better tell them within 30 days or that won’t be covered either. If you wish to be met with contentious and argumentative office management, give them a call!

My system from solar solutions worked great for a year and a half. Then when there was no storm a panel flew off my roof and landed in the yard. When they came to repair it I was told the great warranty I was sold on doesn’t cover this. When they went on the roof they found another damaged panel also not covered under warranty and not with them to complete the repair. Be weary of a promise of a long warranty that doesn’t cover an obvious faulty installation.
