We recently moved to a large property and had never used well water or operated a well or septic system before. To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. John and Becky didn’t just fix issues when they came up — they truly educated us. They took the time to walk us through how to properly live on well and septic, explained everything in terms we could understand, and made sure we felt confident managing our system. That kind of care is rare.

No matter the time — day, night, weekends, or even holidays — they have always made themselves available to help us. Knowing we can text them 24/7 and get a response gives us such peace of mind. They have saved us more than once and have never let us down.

Not only is their service dependable, but our water is honestly the best we’ve ever had. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and about the families they serve. They are kind, patient, and always make time for us. We truly feel like they are part of our family.

Its said that gold is at $ 5,000 an ounce. These guys are worth so much more than gold. I made the appointment for 3/5. They had a cancelation and called to see of they could come out today instead. They were 20 minutes from me. When they got here they immediately got to work figured out what was wrong, fixed it ,put in new pipe ( the old pipe was 21 years old) and the price was absoutely a lot less than what I had anticipated.

Call Smittys if you need well pump work, you won't be disappointed.

I had them rebuild my pump (only $175 including the kit and gasket). I removed the pump and dropped it off to save the service call. When I picked it up, he explained that for the type of damage to my pump, there must be a reason it failed. He also mentioned that my pressure switch seemed to have excessive wear and offered to replace it. I, being my cheap self, decided to pass on his suggestion. When I reinstalled, the pump worked perfectly! But, the pressure switch never turned off the pump. This guy knows his stuff and he was incredibly professional and informative. I highly recommend him. I'll definitely make the drive if I ever need pump service again.

Becky was phenomenal on the phone. It was Sunday and I was panicking with the cold front and no water. They got everything taken care of quickly and professionally.

I will definitely use them again if needed.

I left a message, received a return call in about 10 minutes, had an appointment scheduled within two hours. John was prompt, explained the issue, repaired the problem, and charged a fair/reasonable fee. He recommended other services that would be needed in the near future, and again, the prices were extremely reasonable. Will definitely use this company in the future.
