I cannot say enough great things about Advanced Pump Service and the owner, Ashley. This past Sunday, we were dealing with unexpected well pump issues and couldn’t reach our usual service company. Feeling stressed and unsure of what to do, we decided to call Advanced Pump Service — even though we had never used them before and weren’t even a paying customer.

To our surprise, Ashley personally took the time to help us over the phone. She patiently walked us through troubleshooting steps, answered all our questions, and helped calm our nerves during what could have been a much more overwhelming situation. She didn’t rush us, and she didn’t treat us like an inconvenience. She simply helped because she genuinely cares.

In a world where customer service often feels transactional, Ashley’s kindness and willingness to assist someone who had never given her business truly stood out. That level of integrity and generosity speaks volumes about both her character and her company.

We are incredibly grateful for her help, and based on this experience alone, we highly recommend Advanced Pump Service. If our usual company is ever unavailable again, Advanced Pump Service will absolutely be our first call.

Jeff and his staff did great job and replacing my water softness system on my house. Great price and job. Very courteous and great with my dogs, 5 chi chi's. Highly recommended and will doe his best to at least get to your house to see the problem and go from there. Thanks guys.

I had Jeff come out to repair the well pump for our irrigation system earlier this week. He beat me to my house and had everything fixed by the time I got there. He took the time to walk me through the issue and how he fixed it, which as a newer homeowner I really appreciated. I’ll be using Advanced Pump Service again, and I will be recommending to others!

I couldn't be happier with how nicely Ashley & Jeff treated me today: in an emergency situation of our well pump going out, they were kind enough to donate some of their valuable time by walking me through troubleshooting our pump, and even informed me what I could buy and wherefrom, since I expressed an interest in doing the repair myself, if possible. A quick trip to the local hardware store, and I am pleased to say we now have running water again---all because of their help, and they didn't even charge me for the information, as would be expected from most! When electricity goes out, it's an annoyance, but 'it hits different' when water goes out! 😅 Very few contractors still exist nowadays with the kindheartedness to walk you through to resolution, without reaping any profit off you from a servicecall---this simple but powerful detail is exactly why APS will definitely be our go-to if(/when?) we have anymore issues with our well/ pump/ water. It is my pleasure to most sincerely & wholeheartedly recommend Ashley & Jeff at Advanced Pump Service, and let everyone listening out there know that this awesome duo became our heroes today!
