Rick was very good at answering our questions but not being pushy at all. He followed up but again was helpful but not pushy. He also was very honest about returns and upfront about any possible costs. Then when we called to make our order, Trenton was very helpful and helped get everything set up. We would recommend this store without hesitation.
Went in to buy a bed and the salesman Frank was awesome. He walked us through 3 different beds and bases answering all of our questions. When it was time to buy the options we wanted were not covered so he called the DM and got it covered. If you need a new bed go see Frank at sleep number.
The salesman was very friendly & professional. He helped me get the best price on my order using the best options of Primos & discounts. Highly recommend

I’ve heard such good things about sleep number from other people that we took the dive and purchased. In less than a year we’ve had to repair most critical parts…and it’s very labor intensive and long for repairs. They expect you to do troubleshooting which isn’t easy (and I’m handy) and then wait 1-3 days to give them results before they’ll send a technician to repair! Then it takes more days for scheduling the repair meanwhile the bed is VERY uncomfortable when it not operational. So 1-2 weeks later it’s fixed. It’s been very disappointing the service and repairs for an $8k bed! I asked they escalate my concerns and never got a call back or anything. Should’ve stayed with TemperPedic :(
