Friendly staff, not too pushy,but helpful. We were in to explore a furniture place we'd never been. I will definitely go back to purchase our next sofa here. I compared pricing from around town and they beat them all for what we were looking at. (genuine leather sofas with all the bells and whistles , including surround sound system that blew our socks off)

First time customers and we had such a great experience! All of the staff were nice and friendly. The interior decor and layout made it feel more inviting than a typical furniture store. There is so much merchandise to choose from that it would be extremely hard for anyone to leave without having serious talks about purchasing something. Prices were very fair, with plenty of options for those on a budget to those who have plenty to spend. Jarrod was a huge help and very easy/knowledgeable to talk with about our options we were looking for. We will definitely be recommending El Dorado to everyone we know.

David Diaz at el dorado was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew we were in just browsing and enjoying time and he didn’t try to push anything on us but checked in and gave us lots of helpful information. We will definitely be back and getting ahold of David!

Associates Juanita and Houston are very professional and take the time to make sure our experience with buying Furnture and accent pieces are truly what is what the customer wants. No pressure felt to make a sale. Quality of furniture is exceptional.

We typically don’t need or want a lot of help picking out furniture, so we avoid salespeople. Jarrod Goldman did an excellent job of meeting us where we needed him. He knew prices off the top of his head, left us to roam freely on our own, kept track silently of the things he knew we were interested in. I highly recommend him!
