We bought a home with accordion storm shutters in need of repair and maintenance. Shutter Services came out quickly and got the old shutters and locks working perfectly. We have them come out every year before the hurricane season.

Their professionalism and generosity really impressed me, especially since it’s rare to find that kind of service in Florida. They’ve been in business for years, and now I see why! I’m so glad I found them!
I wanted accordion hurricane shutters installed on my windows and Shutter Services was recommended to
me by a friend so I actually saw their product beforehand and was very impressed.
From the representative who came out to measure my windows and then gave me a quote and advised of the approximate completion/install date, the necessary paperwork including their getting the City permit, the entire procedure seemed seamless and the reality is it happened exactly as I was told. No surprises. The office was in touch with me several times and the crew they sent last week to install were so professional, pleasant, worked steadily and cleaned up afterwards. They also showed me how to close, lock and reopen several shutters myself and the company sent me a video of same in case I needed to refer to it in the future. A wonderful company to deal with—it’s no wonder they have a great reputation. I have enclosed a few pics.

I am delighted. I have had a problem closing my 13 foot wide hurricane accordion shutter, (the two side meet in the middle variety,) for several years. It is 15 years old. Finally I decided to give up struggling, trying to do it myself, and called Shutter Services & Repairs for help. I called and left a message yesterday. Today I had a call back and 6 hours later the job is done, and done excellently, and done at a very reasonable price. Luke and Terry came out. They are friendly, experienced, capable and work well together as a team. This company and Luke and Terry absolutely deserve this 5 star rating.
