UPDATE 9/11/19
I called this company in April of 2018. They referred me to their dealer in Stuart MARK RICHARDS because that is where I live. After leaving me with a mess of a paint job, no site map to tell me which panel goes where, and no returned phone calls, I at least knew I had protection for the next hurricane. Well, Hurricane Dorian was on it's way and I went to install my new hurricane fabric. They drilled the anchors into stucco and foam! I was able to pull out the anchors with my two fingers. I called and was told to calm down, that we don't even know what the storm was going to do. I just found out after going to Martin County Building Department that not only did the installer, they refer me to, MARK RICHARDS, NOT pull a permit or sign a shutter affidavit, required by the state and county, HE IS NOT LICENSED!!! THE LICENSE NUMBER ON HIS BUSINESS CARD IS SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS ALSO NOT LICENSED TO INSTALL HURRICANE PROTECTION! I did not just find someone to install their product, I got his contact information directly from this comapny. I am now having to take legal action to get a refund and to get someone to come out and fix all of the holes they left me with AND STILL GET HURRICANE PROTECTION on ALL OF MY WINDOWS BECAUSE I FAILED INSPECTION! I have never been issued an apology, and only offered to refund me for three windows, even after having to scramble the day before Dorian was supposed to hit to find other protection. This company said I have to talk Mark, but Mark is an unlicensed contractor and they referred me to him from their preferred network of installers. I am out thousands of dollars, now $3900 in repairs that I now have to make to my building because of Mark's negligence. I failed Martin County hurricane inspection and have to take everything out. Oh, and they took off all of the bottom supports after drilling holes in my walls for them because "I didn't need them to be up to code anyway". Then why did you drill 29 extra holes in my walls for them? Then owner has never reached out to me even after multiple calls and emails.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They ruined the paint on my entire building and won’t return my calls or emails to fix it. I wish I could post a photo because it is so bad! I have been calling and emailing them for a year and a half and nobody has been out to fix it. I am a single mom and I saved for a year to get hurricane protection that I could put up by myself. They told me it would take about one to two months for installation, but it actually took over six months. They were supposed to show me how to install them, they never did. I showed the guy the paint and he said paint is very hard to match, but I said you should have tried it in a less conspicuous spot before painting my whole townhome. He said he’d call me in a week to fix it and it’s been a year and a half. They also never gave me a map of which panel goes on which window. I was only ever pleasant with them and tried so hard to get them to just come fix it and nobody will call me. I feel like I was taken advantage of being a single mom. My HOA will now make me pay to fix this paint. I would NEVER recommend this company! I’m so sorry I ever called them in the first place.

I saw your reply...I sent plenty of photos and plenty of emails and you know it. You saw the mess Mark left me. I have emailed photos, texted photos, called about it multiple times and I’m told “it’s hard to match paint.” That’s it. I paid $1000 extra for the “paint job” and yes, my HOA has sent notices because it’s that bad. Shame on you for acting like I haven’t sent photos. Shame on Mark the installer for promising to come back and fix it and never going MIA.

We ordered thru Home Depot here in Clearwater and when our order arrived we had 12 pieces of fabric in one box and 1 piece in the second box. They short shipped us the hardware for the box with 12 pieces and then once Home Depot called a guy named Joe lazily asked for us to send them the measurements which they should have. Once Joe confirmed the measurements it has been 2 days with no response on sending us the hardware we need that should have been part of the order. Terrible customer service.

Ordered the week of hurricane Irma and they had my order ready within 2 days. Had the fabric installed that night and felt very safe through the storm. Have had tons of neighbors ask where they can get this. Thanks Hurricane Fabric team!

I purchased my Hurricane Fabric system back in July. Matt was incredibly helpful in understanding the measuring process, how to assemble the pieces, and then properly install them. I did the entire installation myself and while it is a process and it does take some time for one person to do, it is not hard. I'm very happy with the product, the result and the experience with Hurricane Fabrics. Beyond all this the piece of mind that this product provides is phenomenal. I can carry the entire roll of fabric for my house at one time. Couldnt do that with plywood. And I can install the entire house in about 1.5 to 2 hours when preparing for a hurricane. I highly recommend the product as well as Hurricane Fabrics.

I purchased this product for extra protection on my hurricane rated exterior double doors and transom window. The product was delivered quickly, fit perfectly, and exceeded my expectations. Matt sent some missing hardware overnight when I contacted him. Joe also sent me some extra hardware I needed to complete the installation. This is an excellent product and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Customer service was lacking in many other companies I have dealt with in Florida! I recommend this company and their product and thank them for their assistance.

The screen also protected our doors during hurricane Ian. There was no water intrusion like my neighbors experienced with their double doors. I also saw some minor scrapes on the screen left by flying debris but no damage. The screen is packed neatly away and ready for the next storm.
