The guy(Johnathan) was very informative on what was happening, and ways of keeping my septic more programmable. Very nice guy! He did a great job and service for all the work! Thank you so much, I feel more relaxed that I can deal with the oncoming years.
The 2 guys that done the drain field install done a super job and even in a small area the guy working the digger was able to work around my wife's tree that she didn't want to dig up. Our technician Phillip Alexander was a super nice guy and good to talk with. Thanks Septic Blue.
Overall very good experience. I schedule an appointment on a sunday through AI assistant 👍🏻. Then a person called me to make sure all was good, they were on time and very much helpful answering questions and looking beyond the service requested. Seemed very professional and trusting
