I am a Realtor and have a home under contract. We needed assistance quickly to keep the deal from falling apart. I called on Thursday and Keith was at the home at 8:30am on Monday. He spent 2 hours there and really helped me out. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and really educated me on septic systems. Great company for sure!

We bought house last yr and used a company that did bad job after 3 mos are drain clogged we called Seaside they came out the drain was unclogged with a reasonable price and he explained every thing great customer service would recommend with 5 Star.

This is the second time I've used Seaside Septic to pump my tank. They fit me in on the same day, were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient and their pricing is very reasonable. Top notch customer service - which is so rare these days. Would highly recommend!
I called at 10:11 this morning to get my septic tank pumped and have my system inspected. The woman that answered was very nice and I was told that Keith would be here in about an hour and a half to 2 hours. He actually showed up about an hour later and was done by 11:45. 90 minutes after I first called. Talk about fast service! The price was average for the area and it was a flat fee with no upcharge for using my credit card, or immediate service. (Unlike what I've seen at other companies in the area.) Keith was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had previously been told that I needed to remove all my trees and replace my whole drain field due to root growth throughout. Due to cost, I found another solution, and wanted him to see if there was improvement. Thankfully, there was and he told me to just keep doing what I'm doing because it's working. Then he gave me some pointers to possibly make it work even better. All around, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my future needs.
