My old company was greedy and rude (Wind R- - er) so don’t use them. Martin on the other hand has wonderful customer support! From Erica in the office who is a sweetheart, to all the techs they send out who are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything, I really love Martin Septic!
Hired Martin Septic for a tank/drainfield inspection. We flip houses and have worked with many Septic companies in town over the years and wanted to try Martin Septic out. The tech Kaleb called when in route, showed up, and did what that they said while also answering questions for me. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Price was competitive as well. I dealt with Erica in scheduling a routine pump out. She was pleasant and Professional. Scott came out and educated me on the system and at tat time it was discovered that pipe holding the filter had broken and needed to be repaired. The repair was report then and scheduled for the next day. Kaylob was the Service Man who called ahead of time and was able to get to the job early. Kaylob and his his Teammate were also pleasant and Professional.
Martin septic service installed my new septic tank 2 years ago. Unfortunately problems have occurred. Martin has willing helped me 3 times to fix the problem. No charge to me. I can’t thank them enough. Great customer service.
