Mike Fortunato with Roof Life Jax has been treating my roof for over 17 years. When I first bought my house in Murray Hill in 1999, I attended a Home Show at the Convention Center and met Mike. I have an asbestos tile roof and it was black, black, black (fungus). I told Mike about the roof and he came over and 12 hours later my black roof was WHITE and beautiful! And Mike has been maintaining my roof ever since. I have the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood -- everyone comments on it all the time. I am so glad I met Mike at the Home Show!!!!! I have been a loyal customer and more importantly, he has been loyal to me!

Emailed, no response. Tried to call and said mailbox was full. Initially when completed service said the roof streaking would clear up after a couple hard rains. Well 2 months later and it looks the same. Not a satisfied customer!

I have used Roof Life Jax since 2005 when my neighborhood management company recommended Michael and his company to all the residents on our street. He is an expert at cleaning tile roofs and it always looks beautiful. Michael has also washed the entire house, including the pool deck, patio, and driveway. He is always there when he says he will be and the job is completed in the time frame he gives you. I highly recommend Roof Life Jax, you will not be disappointed!

My roof was covered by black mold several years ago and Roof Life Jax brought it back to it's original light grey color. Their maintenance program has kept the roof looking like new ever since.
