Very happy with our new metal roof. We took our time and spoke with many roofing companies before making our decision to go with Allegience. We chose Allegiance in part because of the fantastic customer service Tyler was already giving us. He answered all of our questions and was there every step of the way. We had an emergency arise during the roofing process (no fault of theirs at all) and Tyler alerted the owner and president of the company and they were all at my house quickly after. Given it wasn’t their fault, I thought that was above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend working with Tyler and Allegiance and won’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.
