The woman at the reception desk was so quick to answer no, we can't help you
Like, really? She could've at least found out what I really needed. But out of the gate it was a big fat no we don't have anything that can help you
Just wow.. do you treat all your customers like this?

We went to this store around 2PM. Walked around the entire store, beautiful one-of-a-kind fixtures, bathtub, sinks, etc, however we were never approached by any employee for assistance. It was not busy, we were extremely disappointed and won't return.
