I went here today (08/24/2025), and the customer service that I received was totally awesome. Ms Anna was totally great at checkout. She was patient and polite, and also helped me to find the item that was on sale. I appreciate her help so much.

I really felt like I was a valued customer when I was there they even gave me a free packaging quilt which is not cheap just for shopping there as a new customer I'm applying for a corporate commercial account because I'm going back today to spend a couple hundred dollars on new products in merchandising because it's so close to where my store is as well my warehouse,
I can literally walk there in 10 minutes.
It's amicable. It's an excellent area; it's a high-traffic area, which is a sign that they really put a lot of thought into the business plan when they chose the location.

Excellent quality tools, and very helpful customer service. A lady found me looking confused in the aisles looking for a magnetic tool organizer and then walked me to exactly where I needed to go. Even the cashier was very nice.
Very helpful staff. I went in to get am item that the website said was in stock, but the shelf was empty. Not only did they take the time to check the back for me multiple times, but found me another location that had what I needed in stock, and were very apologetic that the website had incorrect quantities (even though that is not at all theor fault).
