James A and Johnathan saved the day. I was working on finalizing a major project. Client wanted mulch from this particular location in her area . First visit in the garden center was ok. However I had purchased the wrong mulch. Upon returning I went back through the garden center and the person who assisted me wasn't so friendly this time. Not only did she not understand what I needed she was very sarcastic. As a retired member of buisness management for twenty three years I take customer service very serious. I bypass her the next time. I asked James if he could take me to another person to complete my purchase because I didn't feel comfortable going back through the garden center . He took me straight to an angel. Johnathan took great care of me . I appreciate the guys loading my products. And finalizing my purchase. They should be recognized for outstanding customer service. My husband and I came in to buy sunglasses and Hunter was incredibly helpful with helping us pick out a new pair. I have to say this was almost a 4 star review because halfway through his manager tried to take control and was very pushy. Although Hunter was doing an incredible job and helped us pick the best pair for us! And for that I’d give him a 5 star!

Used to love this place. Hate the recent changes. They turned the cool gift shop into a gun store like we need another one of those, but I guess they make more money that way. Used to be a great place for home improvement and outdoor activities and grilling. I couldn’t find what I needed and left.

I had a wonderful experience in your garden center. I went in looking for shade plants that would not have to be replaced quarterly. Needing something hardy for the pots at work. Lori, was an genuinely kind and helpful. She walked me through the entire garden center and showed me what would work and not work. Although just just potted, we excited to watch these flourish and not have to replant.

Hagan Ace is my favorite store for business shopping. They've got a large selection of garden flowers, soils, mulch and other supplies I need to keep my customers' yards beautiful. The garden center staff is friendly, always helpful, and ready to answer my questions. They also make my job easier by searching for the plants I need for my customers so I don't have to. That's a huge time saver for me and I appreciate it. Thank you, Hagan Ace, for all you do to make my business successful and my shopping trips enjoyable.
