Very detailed and answered any questions I had. Mike followed up after the install multiple times, working around my schedule to make sure that all the levels were perfect. Purity Bay sent over Joey and team to install the system, he is very knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation. Kept the work area clean and tidy. After the install, Joey gave me the run through of the system, which was very detailed and thorough.

Having a good water filtration system in Tampa Bay and here specifically in Clearwater is a must Purity Bay has a top level system not gonna lie when I got the price tag it was higher than other competitors. But there’s a reason! Their service over the last 6 years has been AMAZING! Any time I’ve had a problem they’ve been on it, immediately. Joe, their technician came out tonight as I thought there was a leak but he found the actual issue like a boss. He fixed it for me even though it didn’t have to do with the system and he even replaced the tank under the sink as it was showing wear. He went above a beyond. I totally recommend these guys!
I got my system a year or two ago and purity bay has been great to work with. When they were installing the system they explained everything to me and did an amazing job. Whenever I have an issue or concern with the system, they send someone right away to help with the concern. Kim is great, he came over and fixed everything and explained what was wrong. I highly recommend purity bay to anyone in need of a filtration system.
I overall experience has been great. This company has been willing to work with my situation. They showed up on time.The workers are extremely friendly and really good people. I was very impressed with this company and I will definitely be recommending them to others. I also have a couple of other projects that I'm going to have them work with as well super excited for that.
