I had concerns about the brine to the water softener. Brian, the Culligan technician, was very professional and courteous in explaining everything about the system to me. He tested the water and the settings for the unit. I now have a thorough knowledge of its operation. i was very satisfied with his visit. Culligan also delivers salt on a regular basis.

I have been a Culligan customer for several years. I have referred their service to several friends and family members. I want to commend Lauren and other office associates for their very friendly, professional and enjoyable ways of communication. I also want to commend "John Boy" for always being so friendly and accommodating with my schedule when delivering salt! I am completely satisfied with Culligan's service and all of the staff I have had encounters with. Thanks for the great customer service.

This company has been terrible to deal with. Their service department is awful, their general manager never calls back. I had plenty of issues with their water deliver service, and stupidly decided to obtain a water softener system. My water continues to be hard, and shows to be testing as hard water by independent consultants. I’ve had to replace lines and pipes due to the hard water. I strongly encourage anyone to look at other companies for water softener/cleaning system. This company sells a subpar product, provides poor service, and their general manager will never call you back. These systems are expensive, and you will not get your money’s worth from Culligan. I would strongly encourage a smaller company that cares about their customers

I have only good things to say about Gulf Coast Culligan. In 2018, they removed an old water softener and installed a new one with expert care and skill. The team showed up on time and completed the work without any issues.

Since then, I have had Culligan deliver and add salt to the machine. They are efficient and professional, and I've had zero complaints for them thus far. They also assist my mother with maintenance and salt delivery of her machine, and we love that they use technology like texting and email to always keep us in the loop.

Brian and Dave did an outstanding job of installing our new whole house water softener and Dual tank RO system for our kitchen. It was a challenging job that required connecting my upstairs and downstairs water supplies at the meter.
Everything works perfectly and I highly recommend them and the Culligan products.
