Maria came out to fix my Pentair heater And I got talking with her about converting the pool from chlorine to salt and also having full automation. Maria got right back to me with a quote and I went with ProServe Pools. The installation went as planned, and the pool is now converted to salt. Maria and her teammate did a great job I would highly recommend this company
I’m not one for posting reviews just to appease the requestor, however Pro Serve deserves high praise and recognition for the quality of service they provided. While to many companies strive for money being primary consideration, it was refreshing to deal with a company that put service and customer satisfaction foremost. Sean, Tyler, Jamie, and all contractors were a pleasure to work with. Very punctual, if they had to be later than indicated, they never failed to call or text to keep us advised. They did a complete pool refurbishment, and it looks better than the original. I can’t leave out the office staff. Monique, and complete staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. My wife and I are both OCD, and highly recommend Pro Serve for any and all pool related needs.
Monique was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Shawn and Jim came to our home, performed a through assessment and gave us all the options with cost. We respect their integrity, professionalism, and honesty! We highly recommend them.
We noticed yellow staining on the surface of our pool and contacted our pool maintenance company who recommended a drain and acid wash for $700. They really couldn’t tell us what was causing the problem with the yellowing surface. In an effort to understand more about what might be going on, our daughter who manages a condo with a commercial pool and spa reached out to Shawn with ProServe Pools for help. Shawn asked a lot of questions about the pool, landscaping, fertilizer, filtration, water supply etc. and he then advised us to check for nitrates. We had the water tested and the nitrates were 30! Shawn then recommended that the pool be drained, the sides rinsed down with a garden hose until it was draining the deep end and then to spray full strength pool chlorine on the surfaces of the pool. He also recommended that the DE filters be checked and cleaned, replacing the DE before filling the pool. The pool was filled and the maintenance company adjusted the chemicals and the pool looks brand new again. Thank you Shawn and ProServe Pools for your expertise and willingness to help us determine the problem, the steps to address the issue and within a few days we had our sparkling, clean pool back! We are so grateful!!!
