We’re new to Naples, and immediately looked for a pool company to begin construction in our backyard to turn a 30 year old house into our tropical paradise. After a brief encounter with Jeff and Brian, we didn’t need to look any further! Our entire experience with them was incredible. A big investment takes attention to detail, great customer service and a realistic timeline—this group did it all. When you’re shopping around for a pool company who you hire really matters. Brian Gleason and his staff did an incredible job. The sales manager did an incredible job and putting together a design and working on many changes to get to a final design that we all loved. The workmanship is incredible. The follow up is also incredible. Very good experience dealing with this company.

Recently had a very nice interaction with Premier Pools. Both Jeff Paplin and his partner were VERY helpful. Went out of their way to assist my wife and myself when it would not mean a lot of money or immediate business for them. That is the sign of excellent customer service !
We look forward to doing business with Premier pools again, and I am referring them to some builder friends who I know would enjoy working with them.
