When we purchased our home, we worked with Nassau Pool Construction to design the replacement of our 30+yo pool - from design, to removal of the old pool, land prep, construction of the pool and lanai decking, and all finishes. Gage, Allen, Mike, Brian, Norm and the entire team were great to work with - professional, communicative, insightful and true partners in building out our vision and delivering a great result. Our pool designer Marni designed a truly spectacular pool. Mike the Project Manager gave life to Marni’s vision focusing on quality every step of the way. What I loved most about Nassau is they are exceptional communicators, both Marni and Mike were engaged throughout. The most minor details were addressed with high importance. The result is a high quality master piece that stands out - we are truly proud. So happy to have a Nassau Pool.

From Start to Finish Nassau Pools stayed on task to make the whole experience incredible. I was left in a horrible situation when the pool company I contracted with closed and left me with a half completed (for the lack of better words) HOLE IN THE GROUND! See Photo's. The Nassau Pools Team came to the rescue. Thank You Marni and Roy and everyone at Nassau for making that HOLE IN THE GROUND into a Beautiful Pool !!

My Pool was completed February 2023. I am so happy with the pool and the entire staff of Nassau Pools. From the start working with Carol Roberts to creating my custom design pool, to Mike the GC on the project, always keeping me posted on the progress and making sure all done on time and correctly, till today when I had a question and called the office spoke with Deanna. The support was right on top of it. Mike the GC came out the same day .. just to check to make sure all was good. I am so happy I picked Nassau Pools

I wanted to add a follow‑up to my original review from 2023. I’ve been enjoying my pool ever since it was completed, and it has truly been a great experience. Recently, I had a small issue with my pump and lights. I called Nassau just to ask about the cost of getting it fixed. To my surprise, they came out within just a few days and were able to resolve everything at no charge.

My pool is running perfectly again, and I couldn’t be happier. Nassau’s customer service continues to be outstanding. I’m so glad that when I was deciding which company to build my pool, I chose Nassau.
