I was beyond anxious at the task we were undertaking— Having an existing pool ripped out new one placed in and expanding the deck. Big part of that anxiety was because we’re in Boston and the pool is in marco Island so not being there to see the progress was scary. When I tell you, this was one of the easiest projects I have ever done. I’m not kidding. It was a huge project, but the entire team from the first time I called until I just signed off on Completion was incredibly helpful every step of the way. They under promised and over delivered on everything. I truly could not be happier! They’ve got an incredible software that They update constantly with pictures so I truly felt like I was there. Overall, incredible experience and would highly recommend! The before and after pictures say it all!

When I first contracted with Pool and Deck, their payment schedule required the final payment to be made before the job was complete. Pool and Deck answered my objection, as you know where we are. Yeah, but it was a huge leap of faith for me.
They held our hands throughout the entire project. With a project this big, you are going to have problems, and it's how they respond to the issues that make this company special. I can only tell anyone worried about this company that they work hard to take care of you, as do their employees. Balen Molina was our project manager. I would recommend her to anyone. She is dedicated to her job and her customers.

In May 2024, we decided to renovate our existing pool, screens, and lanai .A neighbor had used Pool and Deck Concepts todo the work and they were very happy with the finished product.
We contacted Mark Masser who came to estimate the work. When we met with him at the office, we liked that they had pictures of projects done with various tiles and finishes. Even better, they had samples of surfaces, tiles, and pavers. One of the best pieces of advice Mark recommended was leathered marble vs travertine. It was a much better choice.
The work began in October and we connected with the project manager Mark Iacovelli. There was a slight problem with the company delivering the dumpster, but happily Pool and Deck concepts absorbed the cost. After that, workers were there every day, and we were notified who to expect. Mark came by after each stage and always answered our questions. At one point a neighbor complained to the workers about noise (unavoidable) and dust. Mark immediately came and addressed my neighbors concerns. The work moved along and was done to perfection, not a single complaint.our pool, screens , and lanai look fantastic and we look forward to enjoying them for many years. I highly recommend Pool and Deck Concepts for their craftsmanship and superior work.
