With incredible design and every part of your home and the price is very acceptable because the quality is the best in the country this brand is the best option to buy is you remodeling your house and the most important the attention to the costumer is also the best, they treat you with kindness and professionalism.

I have been coming to this Pottery Barn since it opened. Everyone is super polite and selection is great. I want to especially call out Francisco Operations Manager who kindly put together our Indio chair. We received the chair and attempted two times to assemble it and were not successful. We walked in the store and explained the situation to Mike who arranged for Francisco to work his magic.

To say that their delivery system is a mess is an understatement. I purchased a large amount of chairs from them a while back. I received an email for me to schedule a delivery date. I’ve called them 5-6 times and every time someone was supposed to call me back to schedule the delivery date and time. Obviously, this has not happened yet. What a joke!

It's PB. I no longer buy furniture or anything that has to be shipped because they suck. IYKYK. But for walk-in purchases and sale items it's fine, although I prefer the Fort Lauderdale store, easier parking, and closer to home. So many dudes available now that it's almost funny.
