Bought a couch from them a little over a year ago and this review would be different if i didnt buy a extended warranty. The fabric on the couch is all coming apart worn badly also with a hideaway mattresses the couch cushions sags into the couch and it’s very hard to get in and out. I tried to get them to come out and service it but all they’ll do is give me a 25% credit which is $374. When I bought an extended warranty that covers the fabric and they still won’t cover it. I’m sorry but I’ve been buying furniture for over 50 years and I have never had a company not warranty their product after I buy a warranty I would not recommend buying anything from this company to give somebody a 25% credit when they bought an extended warranty If they’re not gonna honor it total BS

They offered me 750 store credit. I was happy and almost changed my review that day. Im glad i waited. I went up there Sunday couldn’t figure it out then went back Thursday and they said only a 350 dollar credit. Well to me that is 4 hrs of travel time and not worth going up there for 350 bucks. Honestly anyone that buys from these people they don't stand behind there products as you can tell feom my pics. The manager was adamant that was only a 350 credit but i was told on the phone 750. I will never go there again there furniture is garbage and they don’t stand behind there product

See all on Google ↗This is the worst company to buy from they sell you cheap furniture that only last about six months then they sell you a warranty so when you try to use the warranty they send out a contractor that takes over two weeks to get a hold of, then they come out just to take pictures and now it’s been another two weeks and I keep calling and I finally got an answer that the pictures did not upload correctly so now I have to wait another week for them to send another technician and this is been going on going over a month and a half with ripped couches just by normal sitting.....buy From a better furniture store stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!——— UPDATE on a new Order first it took almost a week and a half to even get it delivered now—- they just delivered a furniture set for me they were so much in a hurry the one guy was putting the mirror on the dresser and dropped it right in front of me and it damaged my wall and he tried telling the other guy that it didn’t do it and push the dresser in front of the damage but I had already took my own pictures the company only wants to offer $60 that just covers the labor for somebody coming out here to fix it not the materials needless to say be careful ordering from this company they provide cheap furniture unfortunately I had to go with them again and then they damage your house when They install it and I also ordered two lamps and they broke one of those so now I have to wait even longer to get that delivered. The company does absolutely not care about a paying customer that’s for sure.

Never had a problem till recently. Since the Holidays were coming up I decided to pay my monthly payments ahead of schedule online. No problem right? Well come December they send me a bill saying payment is due. I called and spoke to carmen and she tells me that there's nothing they can do and if I wanted to pay my monthly payments early I should have came in the store. Never knowing that this was policy but every other company I paid early took the payments as normal monthly payments. Fast forward they send someone banging on my door demanding payment or I guess they're forced to pick up the Furniture. Also I failed to mention the bed set that I purchased has broken 3 times within the year due to poor installation. But you chase me down for a two week "late" payment. Get it together Badcock. Note: Pictures are from the second time the bed frame broke. It wouldn't let me upload the pictures from the first time it broke.
