We had a good overall experience with DT Pools. Communication throughout the entire process was great. They were responsive, clear, and kept us informed every step of the way, which made a big difference.

The subcontractors were a bit careless and messy, causing some repairs, DT Pools addressed concerns when brought up, I wish a little more timely, but due to the holidays, a little challenging.

Our project began in mid December and will be fully completed by early March (small tile swap outs left). The most time-consuming part of the process was addressing issues that arose after installation, but the end result truly speaks for itself and we are very happy with the final product.

We would recommend DT Pools to anyone looking for a quality pool and a team that values communication and customer satisfaction.

What can I say about this incredible experience? Yes, you read that right! What an amazing and smooth process. From the design to the demo of our existing (really small) pool, to the pouring of concrete, tiling, and everything in between, Dan walked us through the entire process and was available to answer our questions. He had a very tight timeline to work with, and he went above and beyond to deliver the pool to us in record time for the holidays with our family.

My family and I have no words to describe how we appreciate his team's tireless and diligent work. Our children are having so much fun in the pool; we had family from different parts of the country and from abroad come and praise it. The attention to detail was fantastic, every concern was addressed, and now we have an incredible pool for many years to come and many memories to make.

Finally, I can see that the value of our property has increased significantly due to Pools by DT's work. So here is my deepest gratitude to the entire team! THANK YOU from my family and me!

Where do I even start with our amazing experience. From start to finish we have been treated like family and Danny has been patiently there throughout the entire process. Everything went so smoothly and that made an overwhelming process so much easier. All his subcontractors were excellent and very respectful. Even in the rainy season the pool was done in excellent time. Please do not think twice about hiring him to do your pool. We are beyond grateful that we did for our beautiful pool and patio.
