Prior to meeting with Flowtech, I interviewed with several high end pool contractors, but either they were not as reputable, lacked the experience or my project was not large enough and I must wait 6-8 months until construction began. I was referred to Mario Zavala of Flowtech pools through my architect and his exact words were, "Find a way for Mario to build your pool". Once I met with Mario I knew he was the contractor I was going to hire. In our initial meeting he provided photos of high end pools he had completed, his attention to detail when designing my pool and the explanation of not only the pool design but the construction material used, tile work, coping, pool equipment etc. Although my project was not considered high end he treated our meeting and my project as if it were. Flowtechs entire crew from escavator, framers, plumber, electrician, plaster, tile/coping installers were always respectful towards the client and the job site. They never left debris or garbage but more importantly they worked with the same attention to detail as Mario. Where you really noticed the craftsmanship was when inspections were called. I did not fail not one inspection. Whether building, electrical or plumbing, the inspectors were always impressed with the work completed and asked who the pool contractor was and once I mentioned Flowtech they already knew the quality of the work was above industry standard. These are the major details that help keep a project moving and reassurance that the job is being completed correctly at the highest level. Once my pool was built and my permits were closed, Mario provided a thorough explanation of how the pool equipment worked, how to work the automation and scheduling. The most difficult part of the project was not being able to engage with Mario and the crew anymore since my project was completed. They became family! I wouldnt hesitate to use Flowtech if you are considering to build a pool. The feedback from other contractors, friends, and family has been nothing short of amazing. Flowtech is the highest bar and the competition is far behind! Mario, Mario Sr, Bori, Vicente, Tito, Fonseca and Alexis you guys are at the top of your game. Thank you for all your hard work and for always treating my project as if it were a million dollars. I cant wait to build another pool somewhere to be able to work with you again!
