We are having an issue with the pool pump in a house we’re leasing. Called to see what would be involved in having a maintenance call. When I called, I spoke with Beth, who is an absolute treasure! So knowledgeable, so polite and so very generous with her time. She listened very patiently while I asked questions, and she gave me some great ideas on what might be the problem with the pump. In my opinion, Beth is the gold standard of what every customer service person should aspire to be. Going to implement some of the things she suggested, but if we still need a maintenance call, you better know I won’t call be calling anyone but Beth to schedule it!

Thanks to Pool Nerds and especially Brandon, my pool has been looking amazing. We kept having issues with our pump, and every time I would call, even if it wasn’t scheduled they would come and help. I highly recommend them.

The quality of service offered by the executives to commercial pools leaves much to be desired. They take a long time to send technicians, are unfriendly, and don't keep you informed about the problem or provide a timely solution. I definitely don't recommend them.
