Paragon Pools

I don't usually leave reviews but the service I received from Paragon was exceptional. It started with the estimate process with Luigi. He listened to my concerns and shared good feedback, he was awesome. Pedro and Gustavo did the Demo and Tile. They were on time every day and worked until they ran out of daylight. My pool area was cleaned every day of debris, and the tile work was excellent. Tempool did the shell and it turned out beautifully. Mike did an awesome job converting my pool controller to Wi-Fi and getting all my equipment to function properly. Michelle always answered the phone pleasantly and took care of my concerns. Michelle is Awesome ! Casey is the Owner / Project Mgr. He was a pleasure to work with and made several trips to check on the construction. I would no issue at all recommending Paragon Pools to anyone needed to refurbish their pool.

Paragon Pools of Jacksonville, FL did an outstanding transformation of our pool. Their craftsmanship, professionalism and communication was outstanding! They delivered on everything we asked for. They were easy to work with and did not pressure me to buy something I didn't want. Excellent service at an excellent price! We are so happy with our pool! You made our summer happy!

I put a considerable amount of research into many of our pool renovation companies. This company promises fair prices, quick service and open communications.
Paragon pools provided a quick response for pricing, a fair price, 3 week renovation turn around all just as promised. I would suggest if your looking for pool renovation I would give them a try our pool looks better than its ever has.

Paragon was amazing to work with!!! Their communication was precise through the entire resurfacing process. Everyone from the salesman Luigi to the office lead Michelle to Casey the owner were so professional. In 52 years, I have never seen this strong of a service culture throughout the entire organization. Thank you for providing our family with a beautiful pool. You really delivered a differentiated experience that was super pleasant and affordable! I can wholeheartedly recommend this company as the choice in resurfacing in Jacksonville. The pool Reno was fabulous. It surpassed all my expectations. Five star for the pool only. The deck reno has proven to be not as good. It holds dirt and stains. I’ve scrubbed with soap and a brush and it still won’t come clean. I’ll need to get it done again at some point. Disappointing. Recommend the pool work but not the deck.
