We recently had our pool built by Pool Perfection, and the experience was outstanding. They delivered a gorgeous final product right on schedule. Even though a pool project naturally takes some time, they kept everything moving along smoothly and communicated with us regularly so we always knew what to expect.

Pool Perfection did an excellent job designing and building our new pool. We had many challenges working with the town to get our permit approved, but once that was done, the Pool Perfection team got the job done with great workmanship and professionalism. In particular, the project manager Nick is a delight to work with. Nick is a great communicator, very reliable, and keeps the project moving. There are many shady contractors out there, so if you are considering a new pool, look no further than Pool Perfection.

We recently chose Pool Perfection to remodel our pool. We got a team of highly dedicated and professional people who worked on the project. We were welcomed by Tracy in the office who made an appointment, sent emails with updates and gave us weekly text reminders. We enjoyed working with Drew, our pool designer, who helped us choose tiles, copping and pool interior surface. Drew was always patient, understanding, kind and his 3D video design gave us visual insight of what our future pool will look like. We really felt looked after by Nick, our project manager, who oversaw the entire project and explained every step of it. Nick’s expertise, leadership, and support provided us with a sense of trust and relief of worries from unpredictable findings during the demolition. Nick made certain that old layers were removed and structural repairs were made. Nick was either present on site during construction, organizing next step with his crew, or just a phone call away. We appreciate the crew members for all the hard work, our pool looks fantastic and we are very pleased. We love our new pool.
