From our first meeting with Derrick, we never felt like “just another customer.” He listened, answered all our questions, worked with us on several changes until we got our pool plan just right ~ and he made sure we understood the process. That same great experience carried through with Stephen and Chris - the project managers, who are knowledgeable and clearly take pride in their work.

The final project on our pool and pavered deck is excellent. When we had some minor concerns along the way, they were addressed immediately. Even when we had one small concern after completion and final payment, Duke and his team handled it quickly, reassuring us that everything was solid. That responsiveness gave us real peace of mind through this project. The integrity behind Mandalay Pools is second to none! They aren’t just about building pools—they’re about doing it right.
