We had a home office designed and installed by PLC Closets that went flawlessly thanks to Alisa our designer and the installation team of Damon and Derik. Alisa met with us at our house to start the design and quotation process. With the initial design, we then met with Alisa at the design showroom that helped us (Karla and me) to see the finished products, materials and available options. With the final options selected, Alisa was able to buildout and finalize the design online with all our specifications while showing the cost impact of the various options (real-time). We evaluated PLC Closets versus two very reputable competitors. PLC delivered the best design process (Alisa) and product with the best value for the money. After going through lots and lots of details, Damon and Derik did a great job of customizing our requirements on site and installing the home office in just 2 days. She was very knowledgeable about the product and had great ideas during the design phase of the project.
