It is still here at Pinch A Penny Port Charlotte Florida , I came home only to remember that I purchased everything I didn't need and I left out the one thing that I really needed for my pool pump , it was a simple gasket but O the frustration , at the last minute I drove over to Pinch A Penny 3866 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33952 , as I drove into the parking lot I saw Richard getting into his vehicle and about to drive away , I only wanted to ask him if he had this kind of gasket , to my surprise Richard came out of his vehicle open his business went inside and handed me what I needed , and to my surprise Richard told me to pay for it next time , there is still some decent people in this country especially in Port Charlotte Florida , I don't know why but Richard had the same smile for the last 15 years , doesn't get any nicer .

I have been going to Pinch a Penny for years. A huge shout out to the manager, Richard. Also to the staff, Alisa, Nicole, Randy, and Jack. They have all been so helpful to me! In the past I have tried others and this store is the absolute store I will go to from now on.

Excellent customer service provided. Store manager diagnosed and helped me fix a problem that I had with my pool filter and saved me a lot of money. Very honest people here.

I went in to this Pinch a Penny the other day thinking I could just easily pick up 2 new items and be on to the next errand. God Bless Alicia who MORE THAN took the time to make sure I had the 2 CORRECT items for my pool. She helped me so much! I truly took up maybe 30 minutes of her time. Not only did she not lose patience with me, we had a few laughs about it all. She even took the time and care to call a different store location as her store was out of stock on one of my needed items. Alicia, I ran into that store, as advised, and got the very last cover, which fits perfectly. As does my basket. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP and have the Merriest Christmas! You made my day!

Went in there to buy a lid for the pool pump. The guy at the register said it was $24.99 and mine you didn't buy anything else. But when we went to pay he must have put the lid in another bag because he rang up $144.96 really tell me how $24.99 went to #144.96. needles to say the lids is still sitting at the store. And we ordered the part from Amazon. Well not go back so be ware scam happen there too.
