Damaged wheels and did a poor job at washing my car that wasn’t very dirty. Not worth speaking to employees as we all know nothing will be done as I’m just visiting town.
I’ve used multiple track driven car washes across the country (I use one near my home twice a week) and this is this first time I’ve seen such damage to my rims.

See all on Google ↗When predito auto spa opened, I bought the membership and have been very happy about this business. Until today, 12/28/25. There was nobody in the crew I recognized, but I left a $10 holiday tip. When I come around to wipe my car down and vacuum, there were no towels or spray for the windows. So I went around front to inquire. The lady told me, in an abrupt manner, their washer and dryer broke, so there are no towels. Totally understand how things like this happen. Then, I asked if there was a spray bottle I could use, she shook her head no and walked away from me. It seemed kind of rude that there was no apology. She told me the towels and spray were free anyhow, so i'm not missing anything and walked away. Since I had to come home to clean my car, I will not go back to perdito auto spa again. Additionally, I will tell everyone I know in the neighborhood to not go there. A smile and a condolence it was all it took to keep me a loyal customer. Forget it, i'm done with perdito auto Spa! For 1/3rd of the price, i'm going back to self service car wash on 98.
If I could leave 10 stars I would. Why? We didn't even use the services of the business. What happened was, my husband's truck broke down nearby while towing our boat. This wonderful man, Wes, owner of the Auto Spa, stopped to help at the exact moment we needed it. It was quitting time for the day, he could have just gone home. But he towed us out of the street and helped move the boat as well. He really went above and beyond. He is a truly kind person. I went inside and talked to a couple of employees for a second afterwards, and they were all smiles. They seemed genuinely happy to be there. People like him build solid businesses, the kind that people are proud to work for and customers want to take their cars to. I give them ten stars!
We drove all that way from Georgia! Our truck had bugs all over! These ladies were excellent, they took the time to wash the bugs of our truck “windows” “front” and “side Mirrors”. The truck came out very clean! Great parking area and vacuum works really well! The place nice and neat.
Went to wash my car before taking it to a dealership that had already agreed to pay Kelly Blue Book price for my car. When it was done I had two scratches on the front passenger door on the left side and that side still had pollen all over it. Of course I was livid. I spoke to an employee who, as soon as he saw it, said he knew what happened. He advised that it was done by one of the employees on the outside with the mops they use. He offered me to take it through the tunnel again to get the pollen off, I told him I did not want them to touch my car again. He said that they would not do the pre-brushing that the employees do, it would just go through the tunnel. I still refused the second wash. I filled out the report and the employee looked at the camera and called the owner. While he had the owner on the phone, he walked outside with the phone to the other employee. I was told that the Owner would call me the next day. I did not receive a call from the owner, but from the manager that just kept repeating herself like a robot. She said that they do not have any equipment that causes scratches. I attempted to explain to her about what the employee said and the phone call the employee made, but she kept interrupting me. I had to tell her let me talk. After explaining everything to her, she just kept saying we do not have equipment that causes scratches so there is nothing we can do. This is a cover-up if I ever seen one. If you look at the reviews you will see where other customers had the same problem with the same outcome. Rudeness and don't care attitude. Save your car, stay away.
