Aqua Car Wash

Best drive thru car wash in town. They offer everything you need to completely clean your car. Good wash type selections and pricing. I have always had a complete wash each time.

Paid for the “best” wash. Explained to the attendant that I wanted the car pre sprayed as it has mildew on the side (car sits parked with one side facing north). She sprayed the windshield for a brief moment, and sent the car through.

Went through the wash and not only was the mildew still present, the wheels had obviously not been contacted by the brushes at all.

After being told there is not “re wash” available, I used Used a to wipe off the entire car… whole sections had seemingly not been contacted by the bushes at all.

Absolutely would not recommend.

!!!!!!!!!!I STRONGLY URGE everyone to be cautious before considering this car wash. My husband and I went through this evening and were horrified with what we came out with. To back track just a little, when we approached the pay point we both felt a bit unsure about if we wanted to take his truck through thinking it would be too TALL if anything. Right when we were about to pull off the woman and man who were at the wash entrance urged us to come on and that we’d be fine, so we did. After the wash finished & as soon as we pulled up to the vacuums my husband immediately saw 95% of his bug guard missing. We were upset and taken off guard and the two people at the entrance acted as if it was no big deal at all, barely even giving us a glance. Finally my husband and I ask to speak to the manager and they say he’s inside reviewing the camera footage. He never once introduced himself or apologized for the inconvenience prior to this. We were just left standing there wondering who was going to help us and what to do next. After some time the awkward and unprofessional boy in charge said it was probably because our truck was old and needed a new one. We assured him it was a new truck and had no cracks in it prior. He said they have signs showing they aren’t responsible for damages, that part i totally get. What i don’t understand or reason with is a person delegated to be in charge that has such a lack of respect and professionalism. It wasn't until after much much time of him trying to blame our truck that he finally offered a refund for the most expensive car wash we had paid to get there. After we proved time and time again the parts on our truck had JUST been checked before coming he finally realized he was out of excuses and got defensive. He told me if I left a bad review he would get me in trouble for slandering. Absolutely terrible and uncomfortable service. I would never ever recommend this place to a soul.

The car wash never actually cleans my truck, it always misses spots, and for the price you pay even for the cheapest tier, it's just not worth it. I'm more than one occasion the service attendance have been smug, or when they go to spray / scrub the back of my vehicle they either completely ignore the passenger side, or don't even do it at all. It's just not good. I know everybody gives this place five stars and raves about its free vacuums and compressed air, but that's not why I go to a CAR WASH.

Pretty good car wash. ~$40 /mo after promos. Free vacuum and cleaning supplies.
