The representative came out when my daughter was here. I asked for a phone call to let me know what was found and instead he explained it to my daughter who had no clue when I got home what they were talking about. She said he would be in touch but never was. So I called him and he said that he was off for the rest of the year and would have someone else call me. That was December 23rd. Have not heard as of today which is January 3rd. My insurance called and said he reported it was due to wear and tear but still no estimate from you or phone call. So I called my friend who is a licensed plumber. He went up on roof and said that the pipe that was supposedly cracked was not cracked and the space around the pipe is sealed. Yes there is wear and tear but not to cause the dampness of the ceiling in bathroom. So I will not be referring anyone but warning them.

Excellent company made so by employees like Terrance Glover. Great project manger. Extremely knowledgeable of building trades and materials needed. Kept completely to established time line's. When I needed information or was concerned of a problem he was immediately there with the answers. Excellent to work with and I will definitely recommend to anyone who may need their services.
