Dry Tech is fantastic. They show up quickly, they do the work carefully, they clean everything up, and they're transparent about the costs. Stephanie, their office manager is great, and does a great job of keeping the communication lines open to ensure that there are no surprises.

I had a serious mold problem in my kitchen caused by a dishwasher leak that went unrecognized for too long. I requested quotes from three remediation companies. One of them I assume thought he couldn't handle it and didn't bother with a quote. Another company's quote was almost three times that of Dry Tech. I hired them and am very happy with their work. They completed the job (according to the mold assessor's protocol) with no problems, in a timely manner, and were always professional and courteous I highly recommend them!
I am happy to provide Dry Tech 5 stars for the service they provided in my small bathroom. Long story short, I had a crack in my toilet flange which caused water to seep under my tile to the vanity wood and drywall causing some kind of mold. My plumber recommended Dry Tech so I called after the plumber left, I called Dry Tech about the mold caused by the leak.
Stephanie answered the phone promptly, asked me various questions and had a team to my house within a couple hours. Stephanie also called me each morning with a time the crew would be at my home and she answered all my questions.
The crew was very polite, and professional with their work. The crew explained everything they did and were going to do throughout the whole three day remediation process.

This is a review of our most recent experience with Dry Tech Restoration. We live in a condo in Indian Harbour Beach. We had developed a long time leak in a copper pipe behind the toilet & vanity in our master bathroom.
After a plumber fixed the leak we called Stephanie, the Office Manager at Dry Tech, to get everything dried out. She sent a crew out with all their equipment. Chris, the owner, arrived with the crew on April 9th. Besides drying it out, they ended up removing the toilet and vanity, taking off drywall and tile and after a mold inspection did the mold remediation. They finished and removed their equipment on May the 9th.
They were very professional, efficient, and kept us informed as their work progressed. Stephanie would call anytime they were delayed to let us know.
I would highly recommend Dry Tech Restoration. They made the best of a bad situation.
