Carlos has been taking care of our pool for some time now and we couldn’t be happier. He’s extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and always makes sure everything is running perfectly. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. It’s honestly a pleasure working with this company. The office staff and other team members are also great. They’re responsive, helpful, and make scheduling service or repairs super easy. Highly recommend!

Nathan B has been doing an excellent job taking care of our pool. He’s reliable, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. This company is just bad! Many times they either don’t show up for cleaning or they show up and spend less than 2 minutes at my pool, then call that a cleaning, and then bill me for it. This week they were at my house for 90 seconds, did not clean my pool, just threw some chemicals and left. No cleaning was done. My pool is filthy and I have my kids bday pool party today. They don’t want answer their phones as their customer service is awful unless if you are a new customer or to sign up for services then they have an option on their phone lines. If you need help or something fixed as a current customer they have awful sense of urgency or client service. There are so many more qualified and better companies out there. Stay away! The photos below reflect what my pool looks like less than 24 hours from them being at my house to their weekly maintenance “cleaning.”

I chose to go with Patriot Pools because the reviews were extremely good. One of the pool supervisors’ came out first to evaluate and treat my salt water pool. His name is Carlos. He took his time with me, explained all the chemical levels, vacuumed the pool, skimmed the pool and told me how many times a month the filters will be cleaned. Before he left, he asked me again if I had any questions or concerns. All I can say is this is an exceptional company. They are motivated to make their customers happy and they are out going and professional. Last but not least, their prices are very reasonable.
