Aqua King pools never serviced my pool appropriately. They didn't put the right chemicals in it, and I never once saw them test my water. They never scrubbed the side and they allowed algae buildup due to their poor service. I just dealt with it since I go to school full time but decided to leave them when the service technician switched and then new guy didn't even bother to turn my pool on. But what really bothered me is they tried to say my leak was related to the pool top skimmer, which isn't even connected. I discovered the real leak was when their service technician broke the box that automatically turns my pool on and off and my water level stopped to lowering, which told me it was a leak in the line, which I knew anyway because my top skimmer was never connected. I've had my pool handled by another company now for 2 weeks and they've already cleared up the algae spot significantly, and send me reports with my chemical levels. You really need to do better Aqua King. I attached photos of the algae they allowed to build and now after two weeks with my new service company.

I had a great fast service experience with Aqua King Pool. I was on vacation in S Florida in an Airbnb with my family. We showed up to the property and the pool looked terrible. I called the host and they tried to reach their pool company. 1/2 a day goes by. No response back. So, I search on Google and find Aqua King. They dispatched a cleaner guy out immediately. Within 1.5 hours the pool was clean and perfect. It was such a relief because of the Airbnb management. To say the least. This company saved my vacation. Thank you. God Bless.

Our backyard decking and pool in Fort Lauderdale needed a significant upgrade. Starting in January 2021, we interviewed several companies that could do the entire job (pool, pool tile and pavers) and others that could do components of the jobs. We were introduced to Michael from Aqua King by a neighbor. When we met with Michael to do the pool and pool tile work, he confidently convinced us that he was very capable of working with and coordinating with the paver contractor that we were hoping to work with. He was true to his word, and our multi-faceted project was well coordinated and perfectly executed between the two contractors.

Michael at Aqua King was scheduled to come to do our pool and pool tile work as soon as the decking (pavers) was completed. Not only did he start on time, Michael started (and finished) a few days early! He provided very good directions for us to ensure the pool was properly cured and even came himself to make sure that our chemical balance was just right. His commitment to his craft and pride in excellence was obvious from our first meeting right through the duration of the project.
As a matter of fact, at the end of the project we switched our pool maintenance service to Aqua King after several years with another pool service.

When embarking on a project like this it can be quite daunting. Michael’s excellent communication, flexibly and willingness to work with other contractors set our mind at ease and we are completely satisfied with Aqua King’s work and would happily refer them to friends and family.
