His response was prompt, he was here when he said he was going to be here, and communication was excellent. He is professional & personable, and he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. Not only that, but he also took the time to educate me on how my generator works and how to perform some simple tasks to make sure everything is operating properly. I really appreciate the level of service that was provided, and I feel that the pricing was honest and fair. We were receiving an alarm code 1505. He suspected the starter but determined also that the starter relay was bad. He patiently went through the diagnostic process professionally and efficiently.
I will definitely be calling them in the future and requesting Dan.

Dan is a perfectionist! He cleaned out the inside of the generator, gave recommendations for caring of the exterior, and explained everything He knows what he is doing and cares immensely. Honest, hard working people are hard to find these days. However, Dan is a fine example! Thank you again Dan!
