Ken and his guys were the best to work with. Always showed up as planned. Very fair when it came to pricing and my budget. Ken came out many times and gave me ideas and options that really helped keep my wife happy. They did a perfect job on generator install. They even offered a generator service so I wouldn’t have to worry about my generator. They would call me every 6 months and let me know when they were coming. So easy for me. The quality of the work is amazing and they even wore little white booties in my house so my wife was happy about that. I used them for my renovation and electrical upgrades. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!!
On July 05 2024 Criscione electrical completed a new generac installation, a test run date was set for July 10,2024, generator started and went into under voltage alarm status,Criscione sent his guys to troubleshoot and couldn’t resolve and declared unit useless. Owner Kenneth Criscione turns his back and says it is a warranty issue not his , leaving my disable wife and I in disbelief after paying so much money. Everyone that hears or knows about this shakes their head and encourage to take him to court which we have filed. His company was selected for the work because he is local and comes out to be a nice guy. He likes to sell his fake reviews and years in business and maybe there are some legit however you would be gambling to deal with him, as a retired law enforcement I should have known better to pay upon completion.
