The absolute WORST self serve car wash I have EVER been to! Zero pressure, expensive, and subpar results!!! Absolutely horrendous! Wouldn't have minded the price if there was actually any type of water pressure!!!
The only gripe I have is trying to pay to use the service. The instructions are as vague as an IKEA instruction pamphlet. There is no attendant there to help. I was able to get help from another customer. He even had problems with the POS machine. So, I moved over to the next bay and it worked after some time of trying to figure it out.
Pressure is too low to remove much. $1 per minute for water, which I would guess is 2 GPM, so $0.50 per gallon when their cost is probably $2 per 100 gallons. They whine about water cost and then pump it at maybe 1000 psi. Nothing like the old-school car washes.
In the middle of washing my vehicle, trying to finish before my time ran out, the jerk who works there aggressively entered my bay yelling because I didn’t “hang” up the brush. I was literally trying to explain to him that I was simply trying to finish. As a single female, he literally scared me with his aggressive behavior. Avoid at all costs!!! God only knows what he’d have done if I had not left.
Cleaning bay is filthy with mud and debris. Brush is worn. No soap with high pressure soap. My car is somehow dirtier than when I arrived. Shoes too.
Used to come here all the time. Done with this place.
