Mister Car Wash

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at the Mister Car Wash here in Palm Coast, specifically because of an incredible employee named Emily. I have been dealing with severe allergic reactions from the sudden pollen and windstorms we've been having, and my car was absolutely covered in it. I rushed over just two minutes before closing. To make a stressful situation worse, my phone died, my charger broke, and I was stranded at the gate unable to pull up my Apple Pay.
Emily was managing the line and motioned me forward. When I rolled down my window to apologize and explain my phone situation, she didn't hesitate for a single second. With the most friendly and bubbly attitude, she completely stepped up, handled the situation, and made sure my car was taken care of right then and there. She had no idea how sick I was feeling from the pollen or how much I was dreading dealing with it at home, but her instant kindness meant the absolute world to me. I didn't have cash on me to tip her, so I am leaving this review in hopes that her management sees it. Emily is an absolute gem, her empathy and generosity on such a small gesture honestly meant the world to me. Management needs to know what a phenomenal, problem-solving employee they have in Emily. True above-and-beyond customer service! Thank you, Emily!

This place is pretty bad, even for drive thru car wash standards. Half of the spinning brushes were not working, so I spent $36 to have half my car washed. Also, the brushes don't wrap around the front and back of the car. Definitely won't take my car here again.

Staff was friendly, and welcoming. The facility moves efficient, with ample space for vacuuming. The vacuums are powerful enough to pick up a lot of the heavy debris as well. Will definitely return and possibly consider becoming a member.

Seriously the BEST car wash experience I’ve ever had. One of the guys working there who I didn’t catch the name of went above and beyond. There was some bird mess that did not come off in the machine and when I asked for a rag he did not just hand me one. He cleaned it himself and made sure it was completely gone.

On top of that my floor mats that I had washed in their sink were accidentally thrown out while they were drying. Logan literally dug through the trash and dumpster for about ten minutes to find them for me. Emily was right there helping too and being incredibly kind the whole time.

I tried to tip them and they would not accept it. This team truly cares about their customers and it shows. They are professional thoughtful and hardworking. Huge shoutout to Logan Emily and the rest of the crew.

I’ve been going here for a while, and I pretty much go through the car wash every time I take my son to work; it’s always been a great experience. Everyone there is super friendly, and since there’s not a bug prep station (like I was used to in Tampa), I just ask them to spray the bugs/stuck on pollen spots off, and they do. I try not to ask if it’s really busy, though, but even if I did, I don’t think they would mind, because they’re really nice guys. Also, being able to go through multiple times (thanks to my unlimited membership), is a game changer.
