Otto's Express Car Wash

My car was damaged on the track inside of Otto's Car Wash in Destin (yes, there's footage). After initially telling me they were going to take care of it, they're refusing because two different quotes were $4,000 estimates (meanwhile, the owner is on vacation). So sorry that modern cars have cameras and sensors in the bumper! The attendant was working alone at the time, and told me so afterward and said he rushed me through because he was frazzled. Do NOT take your car through Otto's. If it is damaged, they'll give you a hard time, even though we all know they carry business insurance for this very reason. You'll be hearing from my attorney.

Respectfully, your reply looks great for Google but is hollow. I’ve already sent you two estimates (at the request of your manager, and I even drove to Mullins in Niceville out of my way at his suggestion) and when you saw them, while you were on vacation, you said “no.” Fix my car. That’s what I want and the right thing to do.

I usually go to Otto's for having a car wash. It is convenient, the machinery is relatively new, and it does a good job of cleaning the cars at the beach.

Car washes are no longer inexpensive. The total car wash here is now $25, which includes the services available with the drive-through service.

There are plenty of spaces to vacuum out the car and there is always window cleaner and fresh towels to wash down the dashboard and the windows. The lot is always neat and clean.

The employees have all been helpful. The machines for ordering the car wash are hard to use for some reason. There is often an employee there to help people get through faster with credit card use and selecting the service they want to order.

For what it is worth, this past month there was an option to get a free car wash by sending a text message to a number. I tried to do that. After literally trying about 15 times to get the coupon, it finally worked, and I saved the text. I followed the instructions but was unable to get the machine to use it. Not a surprise as it is sometimes tricky to get it to take a credit card.

My advice is not to bother with trying to get the free wash. It was not worth the trouble and never worked anyway.

On the other hand, I got the $15 dollar wash and the car looks great!

Car wash is fine. However, I came in person several months ago to cancel my membership as I was moving out of state. Its now been 6 months, and they continue to bill me. I have attempted countless times to call, but they never answer, and never return the call after leaving a voicemail. Guess I just continue getting billed until I come back to Florida...

I'm a member at Tommy's car wash in viera, Florida. Otto's is the best car wash that I've ever been to. Clean microfiber towels to dry, air nozzle to blow out the interior in hard to reach spots, and the vacuums are great! The only thing I would add is a mat cleaner. Top notch all the way!

Great drive through car wash. Towels, glass cleaner, and vacuum at each detailing parking spot. Just before entering the tunnel, employees use a soapy brush on the grill and windshield. Not very busy on a Tuesday morning. Well worth the cost. Would definitely return!
