Executive Express Car Wash

The employees here are fantastic but the (new) owner has let this place go way down hill. I’ve been going here for over 7 years and it’s gotten pretty bad in the last year. 1/2 pay stations haven’t worked in close to a year, the high pressure rinse doesn’t rotate so it’s a very high stream focused in a small spot (begging to chip paint), the vacuum handles won’t stay on, and the rug cleaner has been crushed for a couple months, not even to be removed. This is my first negative review of a place ever but I’ve tried having concerns relayed multiple times to the owner with nothing being fixed. I suggest trying any of the other 5 car washes.

I live near this car wash and, with Florida's salt air and frequent rain, washing a car frequently is common.

The drive through works well. There is an explanation of the different levels of service provided for each price point. It can quickly add up to a significant charge. The least expensive is $8.95 which is essentially running the car through the wash tunnel.

A self-service vacuum center is available after running through the wash tunnel. Cleaning towels and window washing spray are provided which is very convenient. The vacuums work well and most cars probably have a lot of sand from the car having been operated in a beach area.

Overall, this is a convenient service and is well run.

I agree with Zack,Also be aware if you buy monthly plan,it will go into auto pay monthly!! I even spoke to the female attendant before purchasing.She assured me it would not.Now Im trying to deal with this 1000 miles away,they don't answer phones!

Awful service! Pulled in for a wash and got vacuum use. It literally says open with the sign bright as could be and hours of operation to be closed at 7pm. As soon as we pull it we come up to the window with no cones in front of the enter of the wash and the workers standing waiting by the machines to help until they say we are closed. So then we go over to the vacuums where several others are using them currently to do a quick vacuum until the workers run just to us to say we can’t use the vacuums unless we purchase a wash. As if we didn’t just do that?? No signs showing you have to purchase a wash and was not very kind about letting us know these details.

Went for just a vacuum and was stopped as we were leaving to pay $4 although the sign says free vacuum. It does not say included with a purchased wash. The situation was resolved quickly with no issue, but the sign and wording is misleading. I’ve been to car washes that offer free vacuum without a purchase, so it’s not taboo to think this was one of the same. 1 star for the advertising and not being told upfront (we were there for about 10 minutes).
