Oasis Pavers and Pools

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Oasis Pavers and Pools And a pool remodel . From start to finish, their service was top-notch and incredibly professional. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our new pool installation. A special shoutout to our sales person, Tom Sterner—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process stress-free. He listened to our ideas and helped us design the perfect oasis for our backyard. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer care!

I truly hope people read this before "partnering" with Oasis Pools. We dealt with a five-month project delay, a total lack of communication, and ZERO post-sale support.

I contracted with them in December 2024 following the hurricanes and was promised a July 2025 installation. The pool wasn’t finished until November, and even then, we couldn't use it for another three weeks to allow the finish to set. Finally, in early 2026—after even more installation issues—it was finally at a stage where they could collect their final payment.

Now, in February, their "project manager" is telling me Oasis will no longer offer support and that I must go directly to Pentair to fix my problems. The sales rep was just as useless, offering no solutions for the constant delays and mistakes.

If you hire Oasis Pools, expect the following:

Payment Hostage: They will stall your project until they get payment, even if the delay is entirely their fault.

Incompetent Management: The project manager never provided a firm deadline and was incapable of communicating issues. He has no people skills and constantly talks down to customers.

Intentional Work Stoppages: Oasis stopped working on my pool even after a check was ready. The project manager refused to pick it up because doing so would require him to provide a completion date, so he let the project sit in silence instead.

Zero Post-Sale Support: Once they have your money, you are on your own. Get ready to deal with the equipment automation company yourself.

Disorganization: The sales rep LOST our tile choices, pushing the project back two weeks, only to later "find" them again without offering a single apology.

Repetitive Excuses: According to BBB reports, they frequently cite "personal family health issues" as a reason for delays; they used this excuse with us twice.

Bottom Line: This experience was nothing like what was promised. Management relies on frivolous excuses while your project sits in limbo. This was a large, expensive project, and Oasis failed by lying about completion dates and employing an incompetent support staff—specifically the project manager, sales rep, and CFO.

From the first moment Oasis was hands down the most professional company I interviewed for our in ground pool. Kiel was our project manager and I had no idea just how amazing he was going to be to work with! Every step of the way was either on time or ahead of schedule. Kiel always kept me informed of our progress. I never had to worry for a moment that the project was moving forward with accuracy and quality. Kiel went above and beyond in dozens of tiny details. All of the Oasis crews were efficient, professional and quality craftsmen! You will not regret spending your investment with Oasis! I feel truly lucky to have had Kiel as our project manager. He is simply the BEST

From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our pool renovation service from Ben and his team from Oasis! They were extremely helpful (and patient) during the design process. A timeline was formulated and they were able to build our dream pool within that timeframe. Everyone who worked on the pool from tear out to the finishes were professional and very friendly. We recommend everyone to Oasis!

My experience with Oasis was excellent. They started on time and moved the stages of work like well oiled machine. They paid attention to details and thought ahead. Eric our project manger kept me apprised on what was coming and current progress. He was excellent!
