Great Escapes came highly recommended, and my husband and I can also confidently recommend Great Escapes Custom Pools. In the spring we started researching pool companies and quickly knew we made the right choice with this company when they got right to work the day after our permit was pulled. Steve and his different crews worked day in and day out to build our dream pool. They were professional, kind, hardworking, kept our backyard clean, and overall exceeded our expectations. My husband is in the new home construction business and Great Escapes has set the bar with pool construction. We always had a dream of having our own pool. Steve and his crew allowed this dream to quickly become a reality. We are so grateful and are absolutely in love with our pool.

After visiting and getting quotes from multiple companies, Great Escapes was the company who had not only the best price but more importantly for me, the best customer service. They were outstanding with their communication and customer service from the start. Steve, Jimmy, and Mark were always quick to answer all my questions throughout the entire build and then continued to follow up afterwards. They kept me informed throughout the building process. Their team/crews were quick with the build (broke ground beginning of March and we were swimming by mid April) and always respectful. We are extremely happy with our pool and choice with Great Escapes Custom Pools.

Why has it taken me so long to find this company! Simply the best in every category: competence, product, integrity, and results. I asked Steve to install pool and spa handrails and I could not be more pleased. Not only are they attractive and highly functional, they are marine-grade stainless and rock solid! The true test was my 80 year old Dad getting in and out the pool by himself….passed! The install was a bit involved as I have stone pavers over concrete and the spa rail needed to be modified (welded) to increase the height. No problem for this team. Everything was done on time, as described, and exactly as quoted. Steve is co-owner of the business and his personal pride in doing the job right is easy to see. I will use no one else for all future pool needs!

This was the best experience ever had with a contractor. The professionalism from sales manager Mark Christiansen who answered our many questions ( even to the point of saying that our pool really didn't look bad and didn't really need to be re-done!) to Jacob Pollock who did our month long start up. Mark even came back 2 or 3 times with color samples when our mind couldn't be made up.
Above all, absolutely love our
"New" pool and would definitely recommend Great Escapes to anyone who's asking. I would even go so far as to say "look no further !"
